Aragwadhadi Kashayam is an ancient decoction derived from the Aragvadhadi Gana in Ashtanga Hridaya, combining botanicals like Cassia fistula (Aragwadha), Holarrhena antidysenterica (Indrayava), Tinospora cordifolia (Amruta), Azadirachta indica (Neem), and supportive herbs. It is classically used for managing Kapha‑Pitta imbalances and traditionally indicated in various skin conditions with itching, minor wounds, and Kapha‑related urinary disturbances.Though generally well tolerated, high doses may cause mild gastric irritation in sensitive individuals, so professional guidance is advised.
