If you wish to return an order, kindly get in touch with our Customer Care team at customercare@saffronhomes.com or WhatsApp at +91-8796713150 within 15 days of receiving the order.

For all orders, customers can return eligible products within a 15-day window by self-shipping the products. The order needs to be sent back to the following address:

Once we receive the product(s), they will go through a quality check at our warehouse and we will then initiate the eligible refund to your original payment method.

Please note that the following restocking fees will be deducted from your refund:

Rugs: USD 35 restocking fee
Bedding: USD 10 restocking fee
Furniture: 15% of the furniture value

If you choose not to pay the applicable duties and taxes and refuse to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to Saffron Homes. Any return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes or other fees incurred in returning the order will be deducted from your refund.

If the total return-related charges exceed the refundable value of your order, no refund will be issued.

Yes, you can. However, the delivery time may extend up to 15 days when food items are shipped together with apparel or jewellery.
