Thlaspi bursa pastoris is a homoeopathic medicine prepared from the Shepherd's Purse plant, also known as Capsella. Belonging from Cruciferæ family, recognized for its anti-haemorrhagic and anti-uric acid properties, it plays a crucial role in managing excessive bleeding, urinary issues, and gynecological disorders, particularly where bleeding is frequent, dark, and offensive. It is especially useful in cases of uterine fibroids, chronic cystitis, and renal irritation.
