Cypripedium, commonly known as Lady’s Slipper, is a homoeopathic medicine prepared from the fresh root of the plant, harvested in autumn. Belonging to the Orchidaceae family, it is primarily indicated for nervous debility, sleeplessness, and mental disturbances. Cypripedium is particularly helpful in conditions related to overexcitement of the brain, hysteria, and post-illness weakness. It also finds use in children with disturbed sleep, spermatorrhea, and female reproductive complaints linked to nervous exhaustion.
